DUNFORD
Chez Dunford is an independent musician performing both self-penned and traditional folk songs. Chez is a theatre maker, circus artist and community practitioner using music and story to connect people.
A songwriter who wears her heart upon her sleeve. She believes in the power of sharing stories to anchor, learn from, and process our human existence.
Taking a multi-disciplinary approach, encompassing a range of different art forms, Chez responds to the environment, honouring and being inspired by what is happening in the moment.
This approach to her creative practice has influenced her musical endeavours, culminating in her first recording of songs and stories gathered from The Forest of Dean.

"This is a great privilege for me to be doing this gig with Chez, whom I greatly admire as a musician. She is an inspiration, and her music combines a sense of warmth and joy but with a mature realism. Viv Sherman singer songwriter
